Good Lavender, quick delivery

Ordered some Lavender plants. They arrived in about five days. Plants were healthy. No issues.

Got my Hydrangea quickly

Needed a new Hydrangea bush for my front yard. Found one here, ordered it up. It showed up pretty quick, like, maybe 5 days? The plant looked good when I unpacked it. No complaints from me.

Overall good, delivery a bit slow

I bought a Meyer Lemon Tree and it arrived in good shape. The plant looked healthy and the packaging protected it well during transit. My main feedback would be that the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days, but it wasn't a huge deal since the plant was fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. I value the plant quality and that it arrived alive, but quicker shipping would make it even better for future orders.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This is my third or fourth order from Plants by Mail, and they're always reliable. This time I got a couple of Knock Out Roses. My first purchase was a Japanese Maple a couple of years ago, and that's still thriving. The packaging is consistently good, plants always arrive in healthy condition, and shipping times are pretty predictable. It's why I keep coming back instead of bothering with local nurseries that often have limited stock. They make it easy to get what you need without fuss.

Healthy plant, careful packaging

I ordered an Encore Azalea from here last month. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, found the plant I wanted quickly. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which seemed reasonable for a live plant. It arrived well-packaged in a sturdy box, and the plant itself was very healthy with good soil moisture. I had a small question about initial watering, so I emailed their support. They got back to me the next day with clear instructions. The azalea is doing great in its new spot. Really happy with the quality and how they handled everything from purchase to delivery.

Does Plants by Mail ever have sales on their fruit trees? Really want a fig tree but waiting for a good deal.

J Jeff Johnson 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I've seen them do seasonal sales, especially around spring or fall. I'd keep an eye out for like, Earth Day or maybe a fall sale. Sometimes they do specific plant collection deals too.

They have a newsletter signup discount, pretty sure that works on anything. Worth looking into for your first order.

Hey, thinking about ordering some azaleas. How long does shipping usually take to California? Don't want them sitting in a hot truck forever.

R Ryan Adams 3 days ago
I just got an order last month, it shipped out pretty fast. Think it was like 4-5 business days to me in SoCal.

It depends on the time of year and what you order, sometimes it's quick, other times they hold it for better shipping weather. They usually package them well though.
